Every new account gets a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No card is needed, and it starts when you sign up. When the trial ends, Aiva Chat stops answering until you pick a plan — nothing is charged automatically.
Aiva Chat runs on your own OpenAI API key and your own Twilio account. OpenAI bills you for the AI model time your calls and chats use; Twilio bills you for phone numbers, call minutes and SMS. Both charge at their published rates (OpenAI pricing, Twilio pricing), and Aiva Chat adds no markup. Your dashboard shows OpenAI usage and cost per call.
So you pay the providers directly at their own rates, with no markup in between, and the numbers and usage are in accounts you own. Aiva Chat charges only the fixed plan price.
Only the limits. Every plan has every feature — voice, the website chat & voice widget, SMS, all 13 languages, every booking feature, analytics, integrations, webhooks and custom actions. Starter ($49/mo) allows 2 assistants, 1 phone number, 2 concurrent calls and 1 active campaign; Growth ($99/mo) allows 5 assistants, 3 phone numbers, 5 concurrent calls and 3 active campaigns; Pro ($199/mo) allows Unlimited assistants, 10 phone numbers, 20 concurrent calls and Unlimited active campaigns.
No. Every booking feature is on every plan: staff, rooms and resources, owner approval, deposits and cancellation policies, classes, multi-day rentals, repeating bookings, the waitlist, packages and memberships, several locations, and text and email reminders. Deposits, packages and memberships are paid into your own Stripe account, so Stripe’s processing fees apply and Aiva Chat takes no cut. The “Book online” section on your Aiva Chat website needs a paid plan rather than the trial.
Yearly plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free: Starter is $490/year, Growth is $990/year, Pro is $1,990/year. You pay once a year by card.
Yes, anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. You can switch between Starter, Growth and Pro, or cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No. The plan price is the whole Aiva Chat charge — no per-seat, per-minute or per-message fees from Aiva Chat.
Yes. You can invite people as Admin, Staff or Viewer, and each signs in with their own email and password. Team members cost nothing extra. Each plan has a number of places besides you: 2 on Starter (and the trial), 5 on Growth and 15 on Pro. Everyone on the team counts, including invitations not yet accepted, until you remove them.
